How many remember Mr. A. Denis Clift when he was the Chief of Staff of the Defense Intelligence Agency? Or perhaps you remember him when he was the President of the Joint Military Intelligence College? Since retiring from DIA Mr. Clift joined the U.S. Naval Institute as Vice President for Planning and Operations. In addition to the scholarly articles we are more familiar with Mr. Clift has now become a fiction novelist.
